The Paris office of Salans has been voted "Law Firm of the Year: France" by in-house counsel at
the PLC Law Firm Awards 2009. More than 5,500 French and international in-house counsel worldwide
were invited by PLC Which Lawyer? to select the best French law firm.

Voters were free to choose from the nominees suggested by the PLC Which lawyer? team or to
forward their own proposition. The other nominated law firms for France were Clifford Chance,
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Gide Loyrette Nouel, Latham & Watkins and Linklaters.
