The international law firm Salans strengthens its Frankfurt office with the addition of a new Counsel. As of 1 February 2012, Dr. Sabine Walz will join the Private Equity team under Holger Scheer. Dr. Walz is a German lawyer and certified tax advisor. This EUR 1,150,000,000 multicurrency revolving credit facility includes a swingline facility and will be used by Faurecia to repay both its existing syndicated credit facility (on which Salans Paris advised in 2008) and its EUR 250,000,000 line of credit extended by Peugeot S.A. (main shareholder of Faurecia) back in November 2008.
