The firm is highly-regarded for its emerging markets advice in energy, natural resources, global real estate development and projects, in Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, the CIS and Asia. In the emerging markets, Russia and the CIS, English law is often the law of choice which governs many cross-border corporate, finance and real estate transactions. Our London team works closely with Salans’ offices in these jurisdictions and worldwide to provide clients with a seamless service on cross-border deals.
