• Representing newspaper and magazine publisher/distributor Messageries Lyonnaises de Presse in a successful complaint before the French Competition Council against Nouvelles Messageries de la Presse Parisienne and Société Auxiliaire pour l'Exploitation des Messageries Transports Presse for abuse of dominant position in the market, resulting in a EUR 3 million fine;
• Representing Gameforge AG, one of the world’s leading online gaming producers, on corporate and transactional matters;
• Representing Everyman Media Group on its acquisition of the independent chain Screen Cinemas and on the debt financing and equity fund raising aspects of the transaction;
• Advising an online image bank in a case concerning image rights of a particular individual;
• Representing an international sports network in disputes with Russian TV operators re-transmitting their channels; claims related to piracy, unlawafuly advertising, violation of trademark rights, and breach of contractual arrangements;
• Advising a multinational group of companies in connection with libel issues as published in the press; and,
• Defending a leading international bank against investor claims in connection with media funds.
