• Representing Allied Electronics Corporation Ltd (aka “Altron”), a company involved in multimedia, telecoms, and IT, in an infringement claim against a website which infringed their computer domain trademark of 'Altron';
• Assisting Exalead, a French leading search engine, in drawing up internet licensing and mobile phone contracts;
• Advising a large automotive dealer on its online car sales processes;
• Advising a multinational job search company on data protection and encryption issues arising from the collection and processing of data through websites, and on issues relating to the use of its website in the Czech Republic, including "click-through" consent, limitations of liability and conflict of laws;
• Advising games developers on their contracts to develop original and commissioned games, including those featuring well-known games and comic characters;
• Advising a supplier of software development and maintenance services on an outsourcing agreement with a European bank, using various offshore entities;
• Advising a group of banks requiring standardisation of the structure and procedures of its members on an outsourcing and mutualisation agreement;
• Advising a provider of integration services on a breach of contract claim regarding its performance of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation project;
• Advising a UK-listed supplier of high-value software to financial institutions on its licensing, development and consultancy contracts with European and US banks;
• Advising a UK-based developer of data mining software on licence provision to an American multinational developing new internet telephony products; and,
• Advising a multinational supplier of imaging and photographic technology and services on its agreements relating to the provision of digital photograph processing services online and in stores.
