Representing an international oil service company in a USD 60 million project for drilling and well services in Western Siberia, financed by deliveries of production and backed by an ECA guarantee;

Acting as counsel to major international oil drilling service providers in connection with E&P projects in Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, and West Africa;

Acting as counsel to a major international industrial company in the establishment and operation of a joint venture in Western Siberia for the manufacture of wellheads and oil field equipment;

Negotiating field service agreements, including for the repair and reconstruction of oil wells and advising seismic, drilling, environmental and other specialty service contractors;

Representing major international oil field service providers in the acquisition of local service providers within the CIS;

Advising in relation to the sale of oil assets (wells) in Colombia;

Advising in relation to the possibility of using VSAT technology and the applicable regulation in Equatorial Guinea; and,
