Representing a joint venture formed between a CIS based State oil company and a leading Turkish company in the energy sector, in a USD 2.04 billion privatization tender, resulting in the acquisition of a 51% stake in a state-owned petrochemical facility;

Advising on the restructuring and commercialisation of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) in a USTDA sponsored project which encompassed all upstream and downstream operations;

Representing one of the leading Turkish petroleum distribution companies in its joint venture negotiations with a leading international petroleum retailer; the current market value of the joint venture company is USD 2.5 billion;

Advising in relation to a Gas Purchase Agreement for a combined cycle power plant located in Mexico;

Advising a leading European crude oil trading company on a long-term supply contract for a major Polish refinery;
