Planning
Our planning advice covers all areas of zoning, regional and federal planning as well as specialised infrastructure planning. We currently advise a number of retail developments and retail transactions, involving the acquisition, redevelopment, development, construction and disposal of retail sites. We carry out environmental assessments, obtain planning rights and building permits and negotiate construction agreements as part of our working commitment. We have experience with Greenfield and Brownfield sites.
