Working with our tax department, we are able to provide a full range of employee benefit services.
Employment Compliance Audits
We carry out internal employment audits to ensure compliance with local employment and labour regulations, and, where appropriate, to prepare for external audit by the employment authorities. We also represent our corporate clients during external audits and assist in negotiating a satisfactory resolution. In the context of internal employment compliance reviews, we help clients regularise and establish ongoing support for maintenance of employee service records and other mandatory employment records.
Employment Practices, Policies & Training
We help employers develop employment policies and procedures; we design and conduct training on all employment law concerns, including training to prevent discrimination and harassment.

Salans offers advice and assistance on immigration requirements for the employment of expatriate executives, managers and staff. This includes obtaining the appropriate permits and visas, personal accreditation cards and co-ordination of work status with immigration issues, in all the jurisdictions in which the firm operates.
