Salans' St. Petersburg office was opened in 1993 and has since grown into one of the largest law firms in St. Petersburg. It is staffed by Russian and non-Russian lawyers and professional support staff, all of whom are fluent in Russian and English, with many also fluent in French, German and other languages. The St. Petersburg office works closely with other lawyers of the Salans Russian Practice Group located in Moscow, Paris, London, New York, Berlin and Frankfurt and with Salans' CIS practice offices in Almaty, Kyiv and Baku.
We combine an extensive knowledge of Russian law with the firm's experience elsewhere in the CIS with similar legal specialisations and industry groups. In addition to the resident partners in St. Petersburg, over 17 partners in Paris and London provide support to the East-West practice on a daily basis.
At Salans we recognise that our success is based on the quality of our lawyers. We recruit bright individuals with a combination of international capability and domestic expertise to enable us to provide a comprehensive and results driven service matching the needs of global and local clients alike.
