Position: Senior IP Litigation Associate/Counsel

Job Description: The New York office of Salans LLP seeks a Senior IP Litigation Associate or Counsel with a minimum of 6 years of experience. This is a partnership track position. Candidates should have a strong litigation background in a law firm setting with substantial experience in copyright and trademarks. Excellent drafting and negotiating skills and solid client relations skills are required.

Candidate must be admitted to the New York State Bar.

Position: International Arbitration & Litigation Associate

Job Description: The New York office of Salans LLP seeks an associate with 4-5 years of experience in international arbitration and general commercial litigation. Strong experience in international arbitration is required. Experience in general commercial litigation, including motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation is also required.

Candidate must be admitted to the New York State Bar.
