Careers

We are looking for people who want to work within a multinational team across the whole spectrum of business and tax law in an international law firm with ambitious clients.

Lawyers / Legal Staff

Your "Prädikatsexamina" are the entrance requirements for our firm, whether you have two or three years work experience or are just beginning your professional career. In addition to your exceptional legal knowledge and your analytical and intellectual strengths, you need to be creative and have excellent communication skills.

You will be fluent in English and German; French language skills are an advantage.  If you would like to become part of an integrated team that provides exposure to a wide range of client work with excellent opportunities for development, we would like to hear from you.

Support Staff

You have successfully concluded your professional training and have already obtained some experience in your career. Due to the international outlook of our office, you should have good knowledge of the English language and ideally should also be able to communicate in French.

You will like working independently and dealing with a qualified team and a discerning client base in a service-orientated manner. You place particular importance on productive teamwork. You are dedicated, resilient, and enjoy undertaking varied and demanding work in an international environment.

Trainees / Interns

At Salans, legal training is particularly important, and we regularly train a number of future lawyers.

To ensure that you receive the training you need to pass the Second State Examination, from your start with us you will be mentored individually by our experienced lawyers, and you will be directly involved in client work.

The time frame between passing the First State Examination and starting your traineeship enables you to build an uninterrupted working relationship with our firm. The aim of this is to integrate our graduates into the world of legal work from an early stage. You are an analytical thinker who has good knowledge of English. You are dedicated and enjoy working on tasks both individually and as part of a team. If you feel that you have what we are looking for, we would like to hear from you.
